Short-Form Video Editor for a premium supplement brand and a founder's personal brand (part-time, ongoing)
We are launching Spyr, a premium performance supplement brand, , and I document the build on my personal Instagram: a young dad with a corporate career, serious training and a startup. I need a fast, reliable editor with real taste to turn phone footage and written briefs into finished Reels for both accounts. We are looking for someone who is hungry and eager to grow so we can build strong systems and workflows with you that scale with the business. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing journey.
What you'll edit (most common first):
Storytelling reels: b-roll from my life cut to a voiceover I record
Paid ads: talking-head founder ads, each cut with two or three hook variants
Day in the Life: time-stamped, no voiceover, cut to music and natural sound
Talking Heads with B-Roll, Images, Green Screen
How it works
Roughly 6 to 10 hours a week, ongoing. Scope for this to grow as we build out the brands and systems.
Raw footage, a brief and a written guide for each format arrive in a shared Google Drive folder
One round of revisions per piece
I'm in Sydney and reply early morning and evening; your fast replies keep the work moving
You:
Proven Reels editing in CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci
A strong eye and taste for pacing, shot choice, B-Roll selection
You ask a specific question early instead of guessing
Fluent English
Ability to deliver fast turnarounds. I expect 24 hour turnaround on most videos, and same day (6 hour) responses to messages.
