Instagram Reels Editor Needed — Long-Term, Fitness Content

A fitness media company here, and we're building out our editing team. We put out short-form video consistently and need a dependable editor to handle a steady stream of Instagram Reels with us over the long run. This isn't a single project — it's regular, repeat work.
How it works is simple: you get our raw clips plus a clear set of instructions, and you turn them into sharp, scroll-stopping Reels.

The right person will:
- Know their way around vertical short-form editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Nail clean captions, punchy hooks, and pacing that holds attention
- Be able to send a finished reel back within 24–48 hours
- Ideally follow fitness or train themselves — it helps you understand what we're going for

We pay $20 per reel to begin with, and that grows as you show you're reliable, along with a consistent flow of work. For the right editor, this can turn into full-time.
