JOB OVERVIEW

Psycle Health is a healthcare marketing company serving 50+ interventional psychiatry clinics across the country. We create the paid ads, organic social content, and custom educational videos that help TMS and Spravato clinics reach the patients who need them. Our content team handles everything from high-volume ad creative to provider interviews, patient education series, podcast clips, and live event coverage.

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our editing team and help us keep pace with a growing client roster.

What You'll Edit
Short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for clinic clients and Psycle's own channels
Paid ad creative built from provider interviews, b-roll, and testimonial footage
Custom educational videos explaining treatments like TMS and Spravato to prospective patients
Podcast clips and long-to-short repurposed content
Event and conference recap videos

Responsibilities
Edit high-quality short-form vertical videos
Pull the strongest ---------- nts from interviews and raw recordings and shape them into engaging, watchable content
Apply sound mixing, captions, and motion graphics to elevate every deliverable
Follow client-specific brand guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements in captions and on-screen text (we'll train you on these)
Manage a high-volume pipeline: roughly 4 new 15-30-second videos / day
Communicate clearly with our content team on timelines, revisions, and asset needs

Requirements
Full English Fluency
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects and CapCut proficiency a big plus
Excellent editing fundamentals: pacing, sound design, color, captions, and visual effects
Fluency in short-form platform trends and what performs on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with strong attention to detail, especially in high-volume workflows
A portfolio or reel showcasing short-form vertical work
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with a remote team
Interest in mental health content

Nice to Have
Fluency in Spanish
Eye of the tiger-level attention to detail
Experience editing healthcare, wellness, or mental health content
Motion graphics and animation skills
Familiarity with ---------- for review workflows
