Hi! We are Vizion Media. We take some of the most eye-opening information, greatest ideas, and most gifted creators on YouTube and spread them to audiences that deserve to hear them worldwide. Vizion Media is a lean and youthful team that partners with YouTubers, podcasters, and other long form creators to transform their content into engaging short form videos and distribute them across the many short form content platforms, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok. The combined follower count of our current and past clients is over 4M across all platforms, and we are looking to expand further in the near future! Our team is looking to bring on somebody who can edit EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, TOP OF THE LINE, ENGAGING Short Form Videos from our client’s YouTube content.

Responsibilities:

- Edit extremely high quality, professional, top of the line, engaging, short form videos
- Ensure video output is consistently high quality, free of mistakes, follows the original vision for the video, and is consistent with each clients brand image
- Constantly improve your video editing skills by learning more and studying others the field, trying new things, and experimenting with new styles
- Make revisions to videos at the request of the client or other team members
- Make yourself available for occasional virtual meetings to discuss client strategy, branding, and/or revisions and general team discussion. Meetings would be daily at first, but once you are fully onboarded to the team, meetings would only be around once or twice a month.
- Constantly work to improve the performance of our videos by analyzing the characteristics of previous high and low performing videos, as well as what is working well for other creators in related niches
- Constantly think about new and creative ways that we could represent a clients brand and content so we can create fresh and unique videos that our clients are proud to present as their own
- Constantly think about how we could get better at what we do by utilizing new tools and/or streamlining our processes
- Respond to messages from team mates quickly and in a reasonable timeframe
- Constantly be on the look out for and inform the team of new AI, tools, subscriptions, stock image, video, and music libraries, or anything else that we could use them to get better at our what we do
- Give feedback and/or suggestions to other team members when necessary

We're really big on flexibility. Outside of a couple meetings, we wouldn't be looking for set hours and you can take on as much work as you feel you'd be able to handle while still ensuring quality output. Each client would be looking for a certain amount of short form videos to be made weekly, so once we've reached the upper limit of what you're able to produce in a timely manner, you can let us know, and we can adjust accordingly. Your compensation would be based on the amount of clients you are able to handle, and the amount of videos those specific clients need made. So in summary, as long as it works for both parties, the role can take up as many hours per week as you want it to. There would also be an opportunity for the role to include some general VA work as well for additional compensation.
