Adfluent is an e commerce growth agency specializing in paid social and performance creative.
We offer our clients two core services: performance creative for advertising campaigns and the management and optimization of advertising campaigns.
We are looking for A players to strengthen our team of performance editors. We are seeking someone who brings solid editing experience to help lead and further scale our fast growing performance ad creative team.
We are looking for a creative and experienced editor to join our team and help lead the editing of performance video ad content for our diverse portfolio of e commerce clients.

Responsibilities
Edit and produce compelling short form UGC and high production ad creatives tailored for social media and optimized for e commerce brands
Edit and produce strong motion graphic videos, including text animations and the use of tools such as Adobe After Effects
Collaborate with our creative team to develop and execute innovative content concepts for clients
Use platform specific features and tools to enhance video content and align it with clients’ branding and marketing objectives
Stay up to date with the latest TikTok and Meta trends, features, and best practices, and apply these insights to content creation
Analyze video performance and implement data driven improvements for future content
Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals, and tailor content accordingly
Communicate effectively with tea
Requirements
Proven experience of 3 plus years in video editing and production, preferably within the e commerce industry
Demonstrated experience editing social media video ads, including UGC, motion graphics, and high production content
Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta, their features, and what makes content engaging and shareable on these platforms
Knowledge of best practices for short form video content and understanding of what drives conversions and sales on social media
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail and strong English skills, both written and spoken
Self motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of additional social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube is a plus
