JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a boutique real estate team in OC known for educational, personality-driven content across Instagram and TikTok. Our videos have a specific look and feel — candid walkthroughs, real talk on design and market trends, and a warm-but-confident tone. We're not looking for someone to reimagine our brand. We need someone who can study what we've built and replicate it consistently at higher volume.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage — primarily property walkthroughs, market commentary, and agent/founder-led content

Match our existing editing style: pacing, text overlays, color grading, music selection, and transition choices
Deliver polished exports ready to post, with captions and cover frames
Occasionally assist with B-roll selection and sequencing when full clips are provided
Communicate turnaround times clearly and hit them

What We're Looking For

A portfolio that includes real estate or lifestyle short-form content — we need to see your work before we talk
Demonstrated ability to match an existing style, not just create your own
Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Attention to detail on audio sync, caption accuracy, and mobile-first framing
Based in or near Orange County — we shoot locally and may need occasional on-site collaboration
Responsive communicator. If you go quiet, this won't work.

Not a Fit If:

Your portfolio is mostly long-form or corporate video
You need creative direction on every clip
You can't turn around a 60-second Reel in under 48 hours
