???? Video Editor (CapCut) – Short-Form Content (Long-Term Role)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Video Editor to join our growing content team.

You’ll be editing short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) daily with a consistent workflow and long-term opportunity.

???? Requirements

* At least 1 year of video editing experience
* Strong experience using CapCut (mobile or desktop)
* Must have a laptop or computer capable of editing efficiently
* Able to produce high-quality edits with minimal revisions
* Strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of short-form content trends

???? What You’ll Be Editing

* Talking head videos
* “Read caption” reels
* Reaction videos
* Skits and simple storytelling videos

---

?? Editing Skills Required

You should be comfortable creating:

* Clean cuts and engaging pacing
* Zooms (in/out), transitions, and jump cuts
* Captions/subtitles
* B-roll integration
* Sound effects
* Trending background music
* Basic graphic elements

???? Expected Output

* Daily output: 2–5 short-form videos per day
* Work is consistent Monday–Friday
* You should be comfortable with a fast-paced workflow
