Responsibilities
- Edit 5+ short-form videos/day (15–30s each)
- Follow our video structure
- Apply punchy text overlays, zooms, transitions, and pacing edits
- Collaborate in weekly meetings and take feedback like a pro
- Upload deliverables to organized Drive folders + update tracker
- Ensure all videos match visual style and tone of brand
You MUST be:
- A fast editor who doesn't sacrifice quality
- Excellent with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut
- Able to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and improving each round
- Responsive, accountable, and consistent with delivery timelines
- Organized, can name files correctly, follow folder structures, and use Notion
Bonus Points If…
- You’ve edited UGC-style videos or TikToks for ecommerce brands
- You understand marketing, pacing, and scroll-stopping hooks
- You know how to add music, sound effects, and subtitled overlays that feel native
- You have examples that show both creativity and structure
