JOB OVERVIEW

AI UGC PRODUCTION VA — CAPCUT REQUIRED

UGC Studio produces high-volume TikTok and Instagram content for consumer apps using AI creators and our custom internal platform.

We’re hiring reliable Production VAs to generate, edit, and finalize short-form videos. The concepts, formats, prompts, scripts, and examples are already provided.

This is an execution role: your job is to follow the assigned workflow precisely and consistently deliver polished videos.

TRIAL PERIOD

- Two-week paid trial
- 20 videos total — approximately 1–2 per day
- $1.50 per approved video
- Up to $30 for successfully completing all 20 videos
- Videos requiring changes may be revised and resubmitted

Successful candidates will move into an ongoing Production VA role with more accounts, higher video volume, and opportunities to increase their rate.

COMPENSATION AND PROMOTION

Level 1 — Trial Production VA

- $1.50 per approved video

Level 2 — Production VA

- $2.00 per approved video
- Eligible after 30 accepted videos
- Requires an 80% or higher clean-approval rate

Level 3 — Senior Production VA

- $2.50 per approved video
- Eligible after 100 accepted videos
- Requires a 90% or higher clean-approval rate

Promotions are based on quality, consistency, reliability, and how often your videos are approved without revisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Log into the UGC Studio dashboard daily
- Complete the video tasks assigned to you
- Follow the provided formats, prompts, scripts, and examples
- Generate AI video assets using our internal tools
- Edit and finalize videos in CapCut
- Submit completed videos for review
- Make revisions when requested
- Report technical issues through Telegram

You are not expected to invent content strategies or video formats. Everything needed to complete each task will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong CapCut editing skills — non-negotiable
- Access to a computer or laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions exactly
- Comfortable learning new web-based tools
- Consistent daily availability
- Responsive communication through Telegram
- Available to begin within one week

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience producing TikTok or Instagram Reels
- Experience using AI content-generation tools
- Familiarity with hooks, captions, pacing, and short-form editing

TRAINING AND PAYMENTS

- Training provided through Loom video walkthroughs
- Fully remote and asynchronous
- No calls or meetings
- Daily communication through Telegram
- Pay period runs Monday through Sunday
- Approved videos are reviewed Sunday night
- Payment is sent through Wise the following Monday
