JOB OVERVIEW

Short-Form Video Clipper / Editor – Long-Term Position

We are looking for a fast, creative Short-Form Video Clipper / Editor to produce engaging clips for several brands in the peptide, health and wellness space.

Your main job will be taking long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, educational content and other source material and turning it into attention-grabbing short-form content.

What you'll be doing:

Find the best moments/hooks from longer videos
Create short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X and Threads
Add engaging hooks, subtitles/captions, cuts, zooms and other appropriate edits
Reframe and format content correctly for each platform
Turn one long-form video into multiple usable clips
Create different hooks/versions of promising clips for testing
Organize finished clips so they're easy for our social media team to post
Follow the style and branding of several different brands
Work efficiently and consistently while maintaining quality

Experience with peptide, supplement, fitness, health or wellness content is a big advantage, but strong clipping experience is more important for this position.

We want someone who understands retention and attention, not someone who simply cuts a 60-second section out of a video and adds subtitles.

You should be comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
