JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S. based video editing and post-production company looking for a talented, reliable short-form video editor based in the Philippines to join our remote editing team.

We create polished social videos for brands, businesses, creators, agencies, and founder-led companies. Most projects are vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

This is ongoing contract work with the potential to grow into a long-term monthly role for the right editor.

You will primarily work on:
-Talking-head social clips
-Podcast clips
-Brand reels
-Founder/creator videos
-Event recap clips
-Simple promotional videos
-Captioned vertical videos
-Short social cutdowns from longer footage
-Most videos will be 30 to 90 seconds long.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form vertical videos for social platforms
Add clean, accurate captions/subtitles
Create strong pacing and rhythm for retention
Add simple titles, text callouts, music, and sound effects
Follow client style references and brand guidelines
Export platform-ready files in 9:16 format
Make revisions based on ---------- feedback
Communicate clearly about timelines and project status
Stay organized with files, project folders, and deadlines
