JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an agency looking for a full time video editor who specialises in performance creative, not generic editing. Your mission is to turn raw footage into high converting Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) that stop the scroll and drive results.

We’ve allocated a strong budget for this role and are only looking for someone who is technically sharp, fast, emotionally intelligent, and highly accountable. We’re not a random e-commerce brand or agency, we’re already generating serious revenue, and this hire is about taking things to the next level.

We are not looking for an average or ‘good’ editor. We want a driven, high-output operator who takes ownership and consistently delivers. This is a long term opportunity, and for the right person, there is real potential to grow into a leadership role and eventually lead our editing team.

What you’ll do
– Edit 5– ---------- second ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram and other short form platforms, with a focus on strong hooks, tight pacing and clear messaging.
– Produce ad variations weekly, experimenting with multiple hooks, pacing and CTAs to find winners.
– Add captions, dynamic cuts, zooms and motion graphics as needed: optimise aspect ratios and export sizes.
– Work from creative briefs and scripts, suggest improvements and adapt edits based on performance data.
– Collaborate with our creative and media-buying teams: hit deadlines consistently and communicate proactively.


Requirements
– Proven experience editing direct response ads or short form paid social content (Meta/TikTok): you understand why certain edits convert and others don’t.
– Strong grasp of hooks, pacing and viewer retention: ability to create scroll stopping openings.
– Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar: After Effects/motion graphics a plus.
– Comfortable working with UGC content and AI assisted tools (Higgsfield, VEO/Sora, etc.) or willing to learn.
– Reliable internet/computer, good English communication and ability to work at least 35 hours/week.
