JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a Toronto-based founder who creates content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. I need someone who can handle both short and long-form editing consistently.

What you'll do:
Edit 20-30 short-form videos per month (60-90 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit 4-6 long-form YouTube videos per month, full edit, thumbnails, chapter markers, descriptions
Clip the best moments from every YouTube video into short-form content
Add captions, transitions, music, and graphics to every video
Write captions for every post
Fast turnaround, 48 hours for short-form, 5 days for long-form
Take feedback well and adapt to my style quickly
