JOB OVERVIEW

Short-Form Video Editor Needed

I’m looking for a creative short-form video editor to help edit content for my UGC business.

The goal is to produce around one to three videos per day. Most videos will be under 60 seconds and posted on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

I do not want every video edited the exact same way.

Some videos should be clean and organic with simple cuts, captions, and light zooms. Other videos should be more fast-paced and include B-roll, animations, screenshots, graphics, sound effects, or other creative elements.

We will provide examples and references for the general styles we want, but I also want to see your own creative style.

I want to know:

* How well can you edit?
* Can you make a basic talking-head video more engaging?
* Do you know when to keep an edit simple?
* Can you add B-roll, graphics, animations, or charts when needed?
* Can you match different editing styles?

There will be paid testing before anyone is hired. You will receive raw footage, instructions, and example videos to follow.

This is not a one-time project. I have generated hundreds of millions of views through UGC content, and I am now focused on growing this business even further. The right editor can expect consistent, long-term work and the opportunity to grow with the business.

## Requirements

* Strong pacing and clean captions
* Good understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Able to follow references and instructions
* Able to work independently and make creative decisions
* Reliable communication and turnaround times
* Comfortable editing both organic and more heavily edited videos
