Short Form Video Editor for UK Business Brand (Full Time, Remote)

We are a UK based Airbnb management and coaching business. Our founder runs a portfolio of 50+ Airbnb properties generating £150k+ per month in booking revenue, and shares the journey on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and ---------- .

We publish 2 long form YouTube videos every week. Your job is to turn those videos into short form clips that grow the brand across every platform.

## What You Will Do

1. Watch our long form and travel footage and find the best clip ---------- nts. The hook is usually in the middle of the video. You find it, pull it to the front, and build the clip as hook first, then story, then lesson.
2. Edit and cut all short form clips: captions, pacing, and platform native formatting.
3. Deliver a minimum of 1 clip per day for each of Instagram, ---------- and Facebook.
4. Edit Instagram reels and posts.
5. Cut 2 to 10 minute mid length clips for a dedicated channel.
6. Work with our team on scheduling and posting.
7. Join a review every 2 weeks to go through what performed best and what to clip more of.

## Requirements

- 2+ years editing short form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong on CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
- You understand hooks and retention, not just cutting footage
- You can watch a 20 minute video and quickly spot the 3 ---------- nts that will stop a scroll
- Fast, clean captioning
- Good English comprehension (our content is spoken English about business and property)
- Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video editing
- Self managing: you hit daily output without being chased
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

## Bonus Points

- Experience clipping podcast or founder content for a personal brand
- Experience growing a clips or shorts channel
- Interest in business, property or Airbnb

## Details

- Full time, remote
