Short-Form Video Editor (Remote)

We're currently looking for a creative and motivated Short-Form Video Editor to join our remote team.

In this role, you'll be editing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your goal is to create videos that capture attention quickly, maximize audience retention, and increase viral potential.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience editing short-form content
• Strong proficiency with CapCut
• A solid understanding of current social media trends
• Knowledge of how to structure videos for maximum watch time and engagement
• The ability to create fast-paced, attention-grabbing edits
• A good eye for pacing, hooks, captions, sound effects, and storytelling
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Understands what performs well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Has a creative mindset and enjoys experimenting with different editing styles
• Can adapt edits to different creators, brands, and target audiences
