JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We're Reality Branding — a content production agency working with personal brands, entrepreneurs, and creators. We're looking for a skilled short-form video editor who can match a very specific style of content across multiple formats: talking-head clips, B-roll-driven storytelling, and text + voiceover (faceless) videos. This isn't a generic editing job. We have a clear reference style and we need someone who can study it, replicate it, and adjust accordingly. What you'll be doing

Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) at a pace of multiple deliverables per week
Work across three formats: talking-head, B-roll + narration, and text/voiceover (faceless)
Study the provided style references closely and match them — pacing, cuts, text styles, music, and energy
Receive raw footage, edit, and then return a polished, ready-to-post edit
Incorporate feedback quickly and cleanly, revisions are part of the job

What we're looking for

Strong portfolio of short-form edits — Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
Experience editing for personal brands or content creators (not just corporate/commercial)
Comfortable with captions, motion text, pacing-to-music, and hook-driven structures
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Reliable internet and consistent turnaround time
Good English comprehension — you'll be reading scripts and briefs
Open to feedback without ego — we iterate a lot

Pay & structure

$20 USD per completed and approved reel. Paid out weekly. Volume depends on client load — expect a starting pace of 10–20 reels/month with room to grow. We work with editors long-term when the quality is there.
