Are you someone who loves owning outcomes, not simply completing tasks?
We are a U.S.-based ecommerce company in the coastal home décor and gift space, selling through Shopify. Our brand has been featured on CBS and NBC, earned thousands of 5-star reviews, and is growing quickly.

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented professional who can own critical projects across product operations, inventory control, vendor management, and Shopify merchandising.

This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. It is for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and follows through with precision.

What You Will Own

In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring our product catalog stays accurate, our inventory stays healthy, and our purchasing and vendor systems stay organized and cost-controlled.

Your core ownership areas will include:

Product sourcing and vendor management, ensuring we work with the right partners and maintain strong supplier relationships

Product reordering and replenishment, proactively managing reorder cycles so we do not run out of stock

Product cost control, supporting margin discipline through accurate tracking, pricing awareness, and organized purchasing data

Inventory control, maintaining reliable systems for stock levels, product accuracy, and backend operational consistency

Shopify listing optimization, ensuring every product page is polished, conversion-ready, and aligned across copy, imagery, SEO, and merchandising

This role requires strong judgment, high follow-through, and pride in running tight, accurate systems.

You Must Have

2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience

Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas, tracking, and reporting

Excellent written English with strong grammar and polish

Extremely high attention to detail and consistency

A proactive, ownership-driven work style

Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and ability to join Zoom calls with our U.S. team
