Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Shopify Website Manager who can continuously update and optimize our website. This role combines website design updates, CRO (conversion rate optimization), SEO improvements, and light VA-style tasks related to site management.
Responsibilities
Regularly update and improve the Shopify website (pages, product listings, navigation, banners, etc.).
Implement CRO strategies (optimize user flows, set up A/B tests, adjust layout/UX for higher conversion).
Perform SEO tasks (optimize meta titles/descriptions, alt tags, page speed, structured data, keyword updates).
Upload/manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory).
Coordinate with marketing team for landing pages, campaign launches, and product drops.
Provide insights on site performance and propose improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience with Shopify (theme customization, apps, backend).
Strong knowledge of CRO principles and best practices.
SEO experience, especially e-commerce SEO.
Basic design skills (Figma/Canva/Photoshop a plus).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Fast turnaround and reliable communication.
Nice to Have
Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, or other CRO/analytics tools.
Understanding of fashion/e-commerce brand aesthetics.

Part-time, as needed (with potential to grow into full-time).
Compensation
This is an hourly, as-needed role.
Pay rate: $6/hr (USD), depending on experience.
Hours will vary week to week — some weeks may require multiple edits, while others may require none.
On average, expect ~0–10 hours per week.
Estimated monthly range: $100–$500 USD, depending on workload.
