About us
We are a US-based e-commerce company in the tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG) accessory space. We design and sell our products direct to consumers and through retail partners worldwide.
The role
We need a detail-oriented Shopify administrator for roughly one day of work per week. You will post new products, audit the site for problems, and build static informational pages. The schedule is flexible, we care that the work gets done well each week, not which day you do it. For the right person with broader Shopify skills, this role can grow.
What you will do
• Post new products to our Shopify store: photos, descriptions, variants, pricing, and collections.
• Review the website weekly for errors: missing product photos, broken links, formatting problems, and out-of-date content.
• Monthly review of out-of-stock products with summary sent to leadership.
• Apply SEO best practices to product pages: titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and keywords.
• Build and maintain static informational pages (FAQ, events, policies, product guides).
Must-haves
• Hands-on Shopify experience: posting products, editing pages, and managing collections.
• Strong attention to detail - you catch the missing photo, typo or small details that nobody else notices.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practices.
• Reliable and consistent: this is a small weekly commitment, and we need it done every week without reminders.
• Strong communication skills: being able to clearly summarize your accomplished tasks and progress is required, and engage in productive discussions to fully understand tasks and projects
• Strong organizational skills: all tasks must be clearly organized with progress tracked, using our project management software (Click Up) and additional tools such as google sheets where needed
• Understand the vision, not just the steps: you should clearly understand the goals of your projects in order to suggest best practices, process, or detail changes, in order to achieve the best results
Nice-to-haves (not required)
• Shopify programming experience (Liquid, theme customization).
• Shopify Flow experience and a general knack for automating repetitive tasks.
Tools you will use
Shopify, ClickUp, Google Workspace.
How we work
• All work is managed in ClickUp. Every task has a clear deliverable and due date, you will always know exactly what is expected and when. In return we expect you to use this tool to properly communicate your work, needs and questions.
We measure output, not hours of activity. Finished quality deliverables are what count.
• Communication is in writing first (ClickUp comments and
