Rate: $4.00/hr starting
Type: Independent Contractor (Hourly, Weekly Invoicing)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
• 12AM–8AM CST
• 8AM–4PM CST
• 4PM–12AM CST
(Central Standard Time)

Primary Role: Shopify Web Design & Site Maintenance
Location: Remote (Philippines applicants welcome)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Shopify Web Design & Site Maintenance who can stay alert, follow process, and also execute clean website work.

Your responsibility is website work :
• Web design, updating products, banners, pages, menus, etc.
• Making sure our branding, layouts, and promos are current and consistent

This is NOT a “watch Netflix in the background” job. We are looking for someone dependable, calm under pressure, and detail-focused who can handle both responsible monitoring and professional presentation of our online brands.

You will be trusted with sensitive access. Reliability is everything here.

Core Responsibilities

Web/Creative
• Design, update, and maintain websites (Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS)
• Create and upload homepage banners, landing pages, promo sections, etc.
• Keep brand look consistent (fonts, colors, message, tone) across sites
• Do light content edits (product descriptions, pricing, images, disclaimers)
• Make sure sites stay clean, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate

Daily Ops / Communication
• Communicate with management through WhatsApp and email
• Track hours accurately using Timeproof (this is required)
• Send weekly invoice on time for payment
• Follow escalation procedures exactly (no freelancing/guessing)

Minimum Requirements (Do NOT apply if you don’t have these)

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven experience in web design/website management (Shopify, WordPress, HTML/CSS, etc.)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (no TV, kids, loud background noise while on shift)
• Dual monitors (REQUIRED): one screen for security feeds, one screen for work
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Reliable computer or laptop that can stream multiple live cameras smoothly
• Strong focus and honesty—you must actually be present and awake the entire shift
• Consistent attendance. If you disappear, you’re done.
• Comfortable following instructions and documenting what you did every shift

Preferred / “Nice to Have”

These will move you to the top of the list:

• Backup power (UPS, inverter, generator, etc.)
• Graphic/layout skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience working overnight/US hours without issues

Tools You’ll Use

• Shopify —website edits and updates
• Canva / Photoshop – simple graphics, homepage banners, etc.
• Timeproof – time tracking / attendance verification
• WhatsApp – shift communication and escalation
• Dialpad – urgent escalation calls or voicemail monitoring
Email – daily reports, i ---------- summaries, and admin communication

Compensation & Payroll

• $4.00/hour starting rate
• Paid weekly by invoice (independent contractor)
• Workweek is Monday–Sunday (flexible)
• Payments are sent every Monday after we review your invoice and hours
• This is hourly contractor work, not a salaried employee position

• You get bored easily and mentally “clock out” while still on the clock
