JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to help complete and launch an already-set-up Shopify store.

The Shopify account is active and the domain is already connected. Your main role will be to design, populate, and finalize the store so it is ready for customers.

Responsibilities

Install and customize a Shopify theme

Design the store layout (homepage, collections, product pages)

Upload product images (images will be provided)

Create product listings, including:

Product titles

Descriptions

Prices

Variants (if applicable)

Organize products into collections

Ensure the store looks professional, clean, and user-friendly

Prepare the store for launch (basic checks for usability)

Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify store setup and design

Ability to show examples or portfolio of Shopify stores you have worked on

Strong attention to detail

Good written English

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection

NOTE: It's a short term project with a chance to run and maintain the store on a regular basis.
