JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're looking for a highly capable Shopify Virtual Assistant who can handle everything from A to Z on our store — independently, accurately, and with an eye for detail. This is not a basic data-entry role. We need someone who takes ownership, solves problems without hand-holding, and genuinely cares about quality.
What You'll Be Doing

Product listing creation — titles, descriptions, tags, variants, pricing, SEO
Image editing and AI image generation for product and store visuals
Custom coding for store elements (Liquid, HTML, CSS — JavaScript is a plus)
Building, sorting, and optimizing collections and navigation
Theme customization and troubleshooting
App installation, configuration, and management
Setting up discounts, bundles, and promotional campaigns
Updating and maintaining store content (banners, pages, announcements)
Store speed and UX improvements
Any other Shopify-related task that comes up

You're a Great Fit If You...

Have 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience
Know basic Liquid and can make front-end code edits confidently
Are comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe, or AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
Have strong attention to detail — you notice when something looks off
Can work independently and manage your own task list
Communicate clearly and proactively flag issues before they become problems
Have experience with apps like Klaviyo, ReConvert, Loox, ---------- , or similar (big plus)

Remote / Work from home
Part-time to start with the possibility to grow into full-time
Must be available for overlap with EST or CST timezone for check-ins
Compensation based on experience — please include your expected rate
