RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Shopify Management: Optimize the webshop, product pages, and overall customer experience.
– Marketing & SEO: Implement SEO strategies, manage backlinking, and support marketing campaigns.
– Content Creation: Write blog articles and create content to enhance our visibility.
– Price Comparison: Compare product prices with competitors using a Dutch VPN.
– Klaviyo
– Design & Branding: Use Canva to create content in our house style for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
– AI Tools Utilization: Use AI tools for translations, content creation, SEO optimization, and general assistance.
– Shared File Management: Work efficiently with Google Sheets and Google Docs to maintain and update shared files.
– Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Shopify analytics tools and provide weekly performance reports.
– Virtual Assistant Duties: Support daily administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Shopify Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
– Website Development: Ability to create a website from scratch using Shopify.
– Digital Marketing: Proficient in SEO, backlinking, Klaviyo
– Design Skills: Skilled in using Canva to create and edit images in line with our house style.
– AI Proficiency: Confident in using AI tools for translations, content creation, and SEO optimization.
– Google Workspace: Experienced in working with Google Sheets and Google Docs to manage shared files.
– Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
– VPN Usage: Willingness to use a Dutch VPN for price comparison tasks.
– Time Tracking: Willingness to use tools like Toggl for time tracking.
– Independent & Proactive: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and focus on driving growth and efficiency.
WORK CONDITIONS:
– Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day, 30-32 hours per week.
– Trial Period: Initial hourly-based arrangement during the trial period. If successful, this will transition to a long-term position.
– Full-Time Salary: After the trial period, the salary for 30 hours per week is $600 - $700 per month.
