JOB OVERVIEW

I run a Shopify beauty brand whose primary revenue engine is creator-led advertising content. Our growth depends on consistently sourcing high-quality content creators and ensuring content is properly distributed across all platforms.

I am looking for a Content Coordinator & Talent Sourcer who can manage both creator sourcing and day-to-day content uploading across the social media platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Creator Sourcing
• Source new beauty content creators using TikTok & Instagram
• Evaluate creators based on content quality, on-camera presence, aesthetic fit, and engagement
• Log qualified creators accurately into a structured spreadsheet/database

Content Uploading & Management
• Upload approved and finalised content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Write platform-appropriate captions
• Monitor and respond to comments across all channels

Requirements
• Active TikTok and Instagram user
• Familiar with beauty content and trends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Reliable internet connection
• Able to follow instruction closely and improve based on feedback
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Contract Details
• Type: Remote Contract
• Hours: 2-4 hours per day depending on business needs
• Flexible Schedule
• Termination: Either party may terminate with 1 day notice if the arrangement is no longer suitable
