JOB OVERVIEW

Guiltless Girl ---------- is a new online shop curating clean, vetted beauty and wellness products for young women, plus our own product line. You'd work directly with the founder, so your work will matter.

What I need help with

I'm hiring for two areas. You can apply for one or both. I may hire one person for each, or one person who covers both.

1. Shopify operations: researching clean-beauty and wellness products and brands, managing product listings (descriptions, images, collections, pricing with dropship suppliers), and handling customer service emails and order issues.

2. Social media and graphics: designing Canva graphics using our brand kit (quote posts, carousels, Pinterest pins, stories), managing Instagram and Pinterest, writing captions in our voice (sassy, honest, never salesy), and researching influencers for affiliate outreach.

You're a good fit if you

Have worked with a skincare, beauty, or wellness brand (strongly preferred)
Have hands-on Shopify experience and/or a portfolio of social graphics and accounts you've managed
Write clear, natural English and are organized and self-directed

Bonus: Shopify Collective, Klaviyo, CapCut, Pinterest strategy, or a scheduling tool like Later or Metricool
