We are looking for a Shopify VA who is sharp, detail-obsessed, and a little crazy (in a good way).

Core Responsibilities
-Shopify Store Management
-Create, update, and optimize product listings
-Manage variants, pricing, SKUs, and inventory accuracy
-Upload and format product images, GIFs, and media assets
-Ensure collections, tags, and navigation are clean and logical
-Site Quality Control
-QA product pages, landing pages, and collections
-Check mobile and desktop layouts for inconsistencies
-Catch broken links, spacing issues, formatting bugs, or missing assets
-Test checkout flows and ensure offers display correctly
-Content & Page Updates
-Implement copy updates exactly as provided
-Build and update Shopify pages using the theme editor or page builder
-Apply basic CRO best practices (clarity, hierarchy, flow)
-Ensure brand consistency across all pages
-App & Theme Support
-Assist with installing, updating, and configuring Shopify apps
-Monitor app conflicts or performance issues
-Help implement theme updates and minor customizations
-Coordinate with developers when advanced changes are needed
-Operational Support
-Handle basic order and customer-related Shopify tasks
-Flag fulfillment or payment issues immediately
-Assist with product launches, promos, and store updates
-Maintain clean internal documentation and SOPs

Required Skills
- Proven Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Comfortable working inside Shopify admin daily
- Understanding of product pages, collections, and navigation
- Basic understanding of CRO and ecommerce best practices
- Ability to execute fast with minimal supervision
