JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Shopify E-commerce + Video Editing) — Growth Role

I’m hiring a Virtual Assistant for my e-commerce business. This role starts with editing work as the main responsibility, and over time I will personally train you to handle higher-level tasks like Shopify operations, creative writing, and team coordination.

If you’re highly motivated, fluent in English, and want a role where you can grow your skills and income, this is for you.

What You’ll Do (Main Task — Start Here)

? Video editing / content editing (primary responsibility at the beginning)
• Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style)
• Basic motion/text work, cutting, pacing, captions
• Organizing clips, audio, b-roll, exporting clean final videos

?

What You’ll Learn & Grow Into (Training Provided)

As you improve, I will gradually train you in:

????? Shopify + E-commerce Support
• Product uploads / collection organization
• Basic theme changes (simple edits, no advanced coding required at start)
• Store organization, backend support, finding errors, fixing basic issues

?? Creative Writing (Big Plus)
• Writing ad scripts
• Writing captions & hooks for social media content
• Helping create product angles and marketing ideas

???? Team + Ops Organization
• Keeping tasks organized
• Helping coordinate between editors/designers
• Following SOPs and improving workflow over time

Requirements

You must have:
• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• Editing experience (Premiere Pro preferred, CapCut is okay)
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce workflows
• Strong communication + fast response time
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver on deadlines

Big Plus Skills (Not Mandatory)

? Shopify experience (hands-on)
? Creative writing / storytelling / script writing
? Experience with TikTok/Meta ad style content
? Basic design knowledge (Canva / simple creatives)
? Extremely organized / good at managing tasks
