Job title: Shopify & TikTok Shop Manager

We need someone who can fully manage and grow our Shopify store and TikTok Shop. This starts as a part-time role. It becomes bigger, and the pay goes up, as quickly as you grow sales and profit.

Pay

$70 per week to start.

Pay increases as quickly as you increase sales and profit.

You can work as many hours or as few hours as you need in order to grow the stores as quickly as possible. As it sits now there isn't a lot to do, so most of the hours you spend will be put towards building the stores.

This is not a “wait to be told what to do” job. You will own both stores day to day and find ways to increase sales, margins and profits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Shopify

-Run the store: products, collections, pages, apps, discounts, bundles, merchandising
-Find and create new products, write listings, set pricing, keep inventory accurate
-Manage orders, fulfillment issues, returns, and refunds
-Answer customers (email/chat/tickets)
-Improve the store so more visitors buy
-Promote the store on our social media channels
-Link the store to all sales channels (currently not linked to Meta and likely others)

TikTok Shop

-Run Seller Center: listings, pricing, promos, shop health, compliance
-Get any of our current products in the store that aren't already there
-Find and launch products that can sell on TikTok
-Build and manage creator/affiliate campaigns: find creators, outreach, briefs, samples, commissions, track who posted and what sold
-Create and manage ads (GMV Max, Spark Ads, Product Ads). Test, kill losers, scale winners
-Handle customer messages, orders, and returns
-Promote TikTok Shop through our social channels and turn winning content into ads

Both stores

-Drive results, not busywork
-Work independently
-Make suggestions and implement them
-Keep Shopify and TikTok Shop aligned, as well as all of our social media
-Send a simple weekly recap: sales increase, what's selling, what you did, what you want to do

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You already know Shopify and TikTok Shop. You can show stores you have helped grow.

You can:
-manage both platforms without hand-holding
-run creator/affiliate outreach
-run small ad campaigns
-handle customers and orders
-research products and launch them
-promote products on social media

MUST HAVE

-Real experience with BOTH Shopify and TikTok Shop
-Proof: store links and screenshots (sales/GMV, orders, ads, creator/affiliate results) plus what you personally did
-Strong written English
-Willing to start part-time at $70/week and grow pay with results
