JOB OVERVIEW

Shopify E-commerce Setup Specialist (Large Catalog + POS Integration Project)We are a U.S.-based retail company in the Mardi Gras and seasonal products industry launching a large Shopify online store.

This store will contain approximately 2,000 to 2,500 SKUs and must be built correctly from the start with proper structure, navigation, filtering, and inventory systems.

This is not a product uploading job. We are looking for an experienced Shopify specialist who understands store architecture, large catalogs, and e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities

Shopify theme setup and customization
Build clean category and navigation structure
Create collections and smart filters
Design product variant logic such as single, dozen, and case pricing
Configure Shopify apps and integrations
Integrate Shopify with Lightspeed POS for inventory syncing
Optimize store speed and mobile usability
Prepare the store so it is ready for product uploads
Provide basic training or documentation after setup

Requirements

Strong Shopify experience
Must have built stores with 1,000 or more products
Experience working with product variants and bulk pricing
Experience with POS or inventory synchronization
Understanding of user experience and clean navigation
Good English communication

Nice to Have

Wholesale or B2B setup experience
Experience configuring Shopify apps
Speed optimization experience
