JOB OVERVIEW

Store Setup with Goal of Converting to Full Time

Set up:
- Finalize Base44/Wiz Site and Shopify Integration via API - necessity for seamless product listing and mock ups
- Initial structure and automation in place. Now need to link and launch, then focus on UX/UI to optimize the customer and creator experience

Store Manager & Leadership:
- Lead Shopify store set up for print-on-demand brand focused on apparel and home accessories (Printful and/or Printify experience)
- Establish daily operations for store and customer service (including branded merchandise and creator merchandise)
- Manage all product listings - creations, adjustment of existing listings and optimization
- Establish product listing templates to scale the launch of new products efficiently
- Manage design files - categorize and organize into a standard content library and create, upload and publish new products
- Embed SEO best-practices into listings and store
- Proactively analyze and recommend store and brand optimizations

Not required but great to have:
- Apparel design - Design + AI experience
- Social Media & Email management
- Workflow management experience
- AI tools understanding

- Website Development / backend Dev: 5+ years - Base44/Wiz & Shopify
- Shopify Store Management Experience: 5+ years
- SEO Experience: 5+ years
- Customer Service Experience: 5+ years
- AI Tools - avid user and enthusiastic learner of AI tools

Estimated Gig Timeline: 4-5 weeks with goal of converting to full time.
