We are a dynamic, U.S.-based company managing a portfolio of successful online stores in the hookah industry.
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Store Manager with a strong focus on customer support and a genuine interest in the hookah industry. This role involves managing our Shopify operations, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-notch support through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple aspects of the Shopify store, including order processing, returns and refunds
• Provide customer support for inquiries such as order tracking, returns, and general store questions
• Respond to customer tickets, live chat, and phone calls with a high level of professionalism
• Be open to new tasks and responsibilities as they arise, including working with chargebacks, submitting insurance claims, and handling cases with shipping companies
• Utilize tools like Gorgias, Google Sheets, and Shopify to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the hookah industry and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Shopify store, including customer support
• Proficiency with tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, Trello, and Google Sheets
• Professional-level English for clear and effective customer communication
• Strong desire to learn about the hookah industry and provide informed assistance to customers
Compensation and Schedule:
• Rate: $5 per hour
• Full-time: 5 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break, 5 days a week (Mon–Fri)
