JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Shopify Store Expert / Shopify Developer / Web Developer / Shopify E Commerce Support Specialist to manage several upcoming support tasks as required for two Shopify Stores: one Operational and the other development-focused. In support of our Polish e-commerce store, with the possibility of managing more stores in the future. You’ll handle advanced support tasks, oversee operations, and keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Manage your Shopify store
Develop or customize the site as required
Handle troubleshooting
Support marketing/brand growth
Handle L2 support and solve complex customer issues as needed (new store)
Use AI tools to provide fast and accurate responses as needed
Manage Shopify tasks: products, orders, refunds, settings
Monitor order tracking, delays, and logistics performance
Oversee fulfillment and coordinate issue resolution with suppliers
Improve workflows and support processes
Add quality products to the shop (upfront and as store growth requires)
Marketing experience is a plus

What you bring:

Solid experience with Shopify (required)
Good English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of e-commerce logistics and order flows
Experience using AI tools is a plus
