ABOUT THE COMPANY

BJ-Ecom B.V. is a fast-growing e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores across Europe and North America. We're a fully remote team of 20+ people, and we're scaling fast toward 2026.

We need someone who can build the foundation of every store we launch — accurately, consistently, and on schedule.

THE ROLE

This is NOT a general Shopify, CRO, or marketing role.

Your one job: Build new Shopify stores from scratch that are 100% ready for Google Merchant Center (GMC) approval.

You'll use our templates, SOPs, and checklists. You'll build 5-7 stores per week. Every store must be compliant, complete, and error-free.

If you love structured work and take pride in getting every detail right, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build new Shopify stores from scratch using our templates
- Set up store structure, pages, navigation, policies, and settings based on our checklists
- Ensure every store meets Google Merchant Center requirements
- Prepare stores for GMC submission with zero missing elements
- Follow SOPs exactly and document your work
- Run quality checks before handing off each store

- You're extremely detail-oriented — you catch mistakes others miss
- You follow instructions, templates, and checklists precisely
- You're fast, but never at the cost of accuracy
- You work well independently in a remote setup

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience setting up Shopify stores from scratch
- Strong knowledge of Shopify settings, pages, policies, and structure
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center requirements
- Ability to deliver error-free work consistently and at scale

- 5-7 fully built Shopify stores per week
- Every store passes internal compliance checks
- Every store is GMC submission-ready with no issues
