JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Shopify Product Upload Assistant for an ongoing role with Plana for Success, a culturally grounded brand that celebrates African American heritage, empowerment, and legacy through apparel and lifestyle products. Our designs highlight pride, purpose, and representation — and we’re looking for someone who values quality, accuracy, and consistency in every product they publish.

You’ll take finalized design PNGs and use AnywherePOD to place them on a variety of shirt colors, generate realistic mockups, and upload them to Shopify. You’ll also write clean, engaging product descriptions that match the brand’s tone and message. Each listing must include accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, and metatags for SEO. You’ll tag and organize listings so they’re filterable by color, style, and theme.

You must have experience uploading products to Shopify and strong attention to detail — mockups should look professional, and listings must stay consistent with brand standards. Experience with AnywherePOD is preferred, but applicants who are willing to learn the platform before being considered will also be accepted.

This is an ongoing position with new designs continually added.
