We’re looking for a Product & Order Manager to help us keep our store running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the backbone of the business — managing products, orders, and customer happiness while we grow together. Ideally you would be somewhat of a TECHY person and able to manage large sheets and imports.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and organize large product catalogs and SKU databases inside Shopify
• Import, update, and maintain product data using spreadsheets or Matrix files
• Update inventory levels and pricing daily from manufacturer data feeds
• Process customer orders from start to finish — purchase orders, tracking, fulfillment
• Handle order-related questions and basic customer service via
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm inventory and shipments
• Spot and fix product data issues — broken links, mismatched variants, errors
• Keep everything clean and documented with clear systems and processes

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores with large SKU counts
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and Matrix or bulk import tools
• Super detail-oriented — you take pride in clean data and organized systems
• Great communicator who’s comfortable working independently
• Reliable and self-motivated — someone who gets things done without babysitting
• Experience with dropshipping or vendor-managed inventory is a big plus
