We are hiring a Shopify Product Manager to lead our product listing team and ensure every product meets our company’s standards for quality, accuracy, and performance.
Our growing e-commerce company manages multiple Shopify stores across various niches. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented manager who can oversee our team of Product Listers, maintain high listing standards, and ensure the team consistently meets key performance targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of Shopify Product Listers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Review and audit product listings to confirm they meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and optimization.
Monitor and enforce team KPIs, including:
Listing output and quantity goals
Time spent per listing
Quality and error rates
Provide feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to help the team continuously improve.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on company goals.
Maintain consistent documentation and reporting of team performance metrics.
Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and listing quality.
Requirements:
Proven managerial experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Experience working with KPI tracking tools or dashboards (Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with global teams.
Plus (not required but a bonus):
Experience with dropshipping operations or e-commerce scaling.
Familiarity with Google Shopping Ads or SEO for product listings.
Understanding of automation tools or workflow optimization.
