JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail oriented tea ---------- mber to help manage and improve our growing Shopify website and assist with inventory monitoring for our Australian automotive and 4WD accessories business.

This role is ideal for someone with Shopify experience, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in vehicles, off road accessories, and automotive products.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Management

? Update and maintain Shopify product listings

? Improve product descriptions for consistency, readability, and SEO

? Ensure all products follow company formatting standards

? Upload and organise product images

? Resize, crop, and optimise images for website use

? Check product specifications and correct errors

? Ensure products are correctly tagged and assigned to collections

? Review website categories and navigation

? Identify and report missing information, broken images, or formatting issues

? Assist with new product launches and website updates

Inventory & Stock Monitoring

? Monitor stock levels within Shopify

? Identify products running low on stock

? Generate stock reports and inventory summaries

? Maintain accurate inventory records

? Flag products requiring reordering

? Monitor backorders and out of stock products

? Assist in keeping inventory synced and accurate across product listings

? Create and maintain spreadsheets for stock tracking and product audits

Skills & Experience Required

• Shopify experience is highly preferred

• Strong English writing skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience with image editing software

• Strong organisational skills

• Experience with spreadsheets and reporting

• Automotive or 4WD knowledge is highly desirable

• SEO experience is a bonus

• Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools is a bonus

This is a long term full time position for someone who enjoys Shopify, organisation, and the automotive industry.

• Update and maintain Shopify product listings
