We’re looking for a Shopify Product & Data Manager — someone who’s not afraid of big spreadsheets, bulk imports, and messy product catalogs. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who’s managed large Shopify stores and knows how to keep thousands of SKUs organized, accurate, and up to date.
If you’ve only worked with Amazon or eBay — this isn’t the role for you.
We need someone who lives and breathes Shopify data management.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and update large product catalogs (20,000+ SKUs) directly in Shopify
Use Matrixify (Excelify) or similar bulk import/export tools to maintain data accuracy
Clean, merge, and manage Excel/Google Sheets with thousands of rows
Perform daily price and inventory updates from manufacturer data feeds
Troubleshoot import errors and fix mismatched variants, titles, tags, and collections
Maintain clean and consistent product naming, categorization, and metafields
Handle purchase orders and order tracking between Shopify and vendors
Monitor orders and inventory to ensure customers always get accurate information
What We’re Looking For
? Required Experience:
Years managing Shopify stores
Matrixify or Excelify expert — you know how to do safe bulk updates and imports
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleaning
Experience updating large SKU catalogs and ensuring data integrity
Detail-obsessed and careful — you double-check everything before importing
Excellent written English and communication skills
Self-managed, reliable, and consistent

Experience with dropshipping, vendor feeds, or multi-supplier data
Familiarity with Shopify themes, tags, collections, and metafields
Basic customer service or order management experience
