Part-Time / Ongoing Contract Position
Potential to Grow Into Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Shopify + Printify E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.
We already have the basic Shopify and Printify structure in place. We are not looking for someone to build an e-commerce system from scratch. We need someone who can take our existing structure and efficiently create and maintain beautiful, organized merchandise collections for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for building and maintaining client merchandise collections within our existing Shopify and Printify setup.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating new client collections in Shopify
* Creating and managing products through Printify
* Uploading client logos and artwork that have already been created
* Applying logos/designs appropriately to merchandise
* Creating clean, attractive product mockups
* Making sure logos are sized, positioned, and displayed correctly
* Selecting appropriate product variants, sizes, and options
* Writing or formatting basic product titles and descriptions
* Organizing products into the correct client collections
* Making each collection visually appealing and easy to shop
* Checking products for consistency before publishing
* Maintaining and updating existing collections
* Adding new products when requested
* Removing or replacing discontinued products
* Troubleshooting basic Shopify/Printify product issues
* Following our established processes, brand standards, and checklists
* Keeping track of requests and completing projects on time
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is both technical and visually detail-oriented.
You should be comfortable working independently inside Shopify and Printify without needing step-by-step instruction for every task.
Experience with Shopify and Printify is strongly preferred.
The right person:
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Has a good eye for layout, presentation, and merchandising
* Understands how to make an online collection look polished and professional
* Can follow an established system while also noticing when something doesn't look right
* Is comfortable working with logos, PNG files, product mockups, and basic image placement
* Is organized and able to manage multiple client collections
* Communicates clearly when something is missing or needs clarification
* Checks their own work before considering a project complete
* Is dependable and meets deadlines
* Is interested in becoming part of a growing team rather than simply completing one project
Graphic design is not the primary responsibility of this position. Our logos and core artwork will generally already be created. Your job is to take those assets and turn them into great-looking, properly organized merchandise collections.
This Is an Ongoing Position
This is not a one-time Shopify build.
We will continually be adding new clients, new collections, new merchandise, and updates to existing stores. We are looking for someone who can learn our system and become the person our team relies on for Shopify and Printify management.
The position will begin as a part ---------- role, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person as the program grows.
