JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Shopify specialist to manage orders and customer accounts. You'll edit orders (add or remove products, charge additional amounts), process full and partial refunds, update customer profiles, and manage subscriptions: skips, swaps, cancellations and billing changes. You'll work from requests flagged by our support team and confirm when each one is done. Proven hands-on experience with Shopify order editing is required. Experience with subscription apps is a strong plus. Please name the subscription apps you've used.
