JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We manage Ecommerce stores and creator brands. We need a detail-oriented Ecommerce and Website Ops Specialist to own the backend work that keeps Shopify stores healthy, fast, and organized.

Shopify and Printify product publishing and catalog hygiene

On-site SEO execution (metadata, headings, internal links, alt text)

GA4 and Search Console monitoring and basic tracking QA

Website speed troubleshooting and ongoing site health improvements

Monthly site maintenance (broken links, redirects, app audits, cleanup)

Responsibilities:
Create and configure products in Printify (variants, mockups, pricing, SKUs).

Push products to Shopify and verify accuracy (images, description, variants, pricing, tags, collections).

Maintain clean store organization (collections, tags, navigation basics).

Write and update meta titles and meta descriptions for key pages and products.

Implement on-page SEO basics (H1/H2 structure, internal linking, alt text).

Monitor Google Search Console for indexing issues and resolve or escalate clearly.

Verify GA4 is tracking correctly and flag any conversion or event issues.

Diagnose site speed issues and implement fixes (image optimization, app/script audit, theme cleanup).

Maintain a simple tracker of what launched, what was fixed, and what is blocked.

Requirements (Must Have):

Strong Shopify experience (product setup, collections, tags, publishing flow).

Experience with Printify or similar POD tools.

Hands-on SEO execution experience (not just theory).

Comfortable in GA4 and Google Search Console.

Able to run speed audits and confidently prioritize fixes.

Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

Nice to Have:

Shopify theme familiarity, basic HTML/CSS.

Experience supporting multiple stores.

Ecommerce SEO experience (schema, redirects, technical audits).

Work Details:

Remote, Part time moving to full-time

Working hours: overlap with US Central time preferred (at least 2 to 4 hours)
