Role Level & Focus
This is an execution-focused role designed for an experienced e-commerce specialist.
- Operational Focus: This is a hands-on operations and marketing position, not an administrative assistant role.
- No Coding Required: Your focus will be on front-end visual building and app management.
- System Knowledge: You should feel highly comfortable navigating Shopify's visual editors and managing app configurations independently.

REQUIRED TECH STACK (3+ Years Daily Experience)
You must have deep, verifiable, and advanced experience managing and configuring:
- Shopify Admin (Product setups, page building, theme customizers)
- Klaviyo (Advanced flow architecture, behavioral segmentation, deliverability QA)
- Recharge (Subscription rules, customer portals, churn-mitigation logic)
- Rebuy (Smart carts, personalized cross-sells, post-purchase offer funnels)
- Intelligems (A/B pricing tests, shipping rate optimization, offer testing)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Store Optimization & CRO: Design, build, and launch high-converting landing pages and product pages inside Shopify using visual page builders.
- Upsells & Subscription Rules: Manage and optimize Recharge and Rebuy (smart carts, cross-sells, post-purchase offers) to aggressively drive up AOV and customer LTV.
- Retention & Email Marketing: Build, QA, and launch automated flows and targeted campaigns in Klaviyo. Own the results of email revenue metrics, deliverability, and open rates.
- Store Auditing & Troubleshooting: Act as our first line of defense. Audit the live store daily to catch and immediately resolve bugs, broken discount codes, or app integration issues.
- Analytics Reporting: Regularly track and report on crucial metrics: Shopify Conversion Rate, AOV, Subscription Churn, and Email Revenue Attribution.

- Proactive Attitude: You don’t wait to be told what to do—you actively find leaks in the checkout funnel and fix them.
