About the Role

We’re looking for a Shopify Landing Page Builder / CRO Designer who can take a concept, reference, wireframe, or brief and turn it into a polished, high-converting Shopify landing page.

This is not just a basic page-building role. You should have a strong eye for design, user experience, e-commerce, and conversion rate optimization. You’ll be working across different brands and products, creating landing pages designed to look premium while also driving sales.

You should be comfortable working independently, moving quickly, taking feedback, and understanding that a beautiful page is only successful if it converts visitors into customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build complete Shopify landing pages and product pages
Create pages using Shopify themes and popular page builders such as Replo, PageFly, GemPages, Shogun, or similar tools
Turn Figma designs, competitor references, wireframes, screenshots, or written briefs into finished Shopify pages
Design pages with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Structure landing pages using proven e-commerce principles, including:
Strong hero sections
Clear value propositions
Product benefits
Social proof and reviews
Comparison sections
Trust elements
FAQs
Offers and bundles
Strong calls to action
Ensure pages are fully optimized for desktop and mobile
Improve existing Shopify pages based on conversion performance and feedback
Make visual and structural improvements without needing every detail explained
Work with copywriters, designers, marketers, and other members of the team
Implement basic Shopify customizations when required
Maintain consistent branding across each website
QA pages before launch to ensure everything works correctly
What We’re Looking For

You should have:

Strong experience working with Shopify
Previous experience building Shopify landing pages
A good understanding of e-commerce design
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
An understanding of conversion rate optimization
Knowledge of how customers behave on e-commerce websites
Experience creating mobile-responsive pages
Ability to recreate designs accurately from references or Figma
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Strong attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, imagery, buttons, and overall page flow
Ability to follow brand guidelines while still using your own judgment
Good written and spoken English
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A proactive attitude — we want someone who can identify problems and suggest improvements rather than simply waiting for instructions
Bonus Skills

These are not essential, but they are a major advantage:

Experience with Replo
Experience with GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, Zipify, or similar Shopify builders
Figma experience
Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledge
Experience with Shopify 2.0 themes
Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands
Understanding of A/B testing
Experience using heatmaps or CRO tools
Knowledge of upsells, bundles, subscriptions, and post-purchase funnels
Experience building advertorials or dedicated paid-traffic landing pages
Experience with beauty, supplements, consumer products, or other DTC brands

You understand the difference between a page that looks good and a page that sells.

You naturally think about questions such as:

Is the offer immediately clear?
Is the CTA visible enough?
Does the customer understand the product within a few seconds?
Is there enough trust and social proof?
Are we addressing objections?
Is there too much information?
Does the page flow naturally toward the purchase?
Does the mobile version feel as polished as desktop?
What could we test to improve conversion?
