Shopify + Klaviyo Specialist (Store Setup, Optimization & Lifecycle Marketing)
We’re looking for a Shopify expert first, with strong Klaviyo skills, who can fully set up, configure, optimize, and manage every part of a Shopify store. You must be confident navigating all Shopify settings—from themes to checkout to apps—and know how to turn a store into a high-converting, revenue-producing machine.
If you know Shopify inside and out and also understand how to use Klaviyo to drive repeat purchases—this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Full Shopify Setup, Configuration & Management (Primary Focus)
You must be able to set up, edit, and optimize all Shopify settings, including:
Storewide Settings
General settings (store details, billing, locations, inventory settings)
Checkout settings (customer accounts, checkout rules, order status pages)
Shipping & delivery (rates, rules, zones, third-party carriers)
Taxes, payments, duties, and markets setup
Metafields setup across products, variants, collections, and orders
Theme Customization & Optimization
Install, modify, and optimize themes (including custom sections)
Edit layouts, templates, and blocks to match brand needs
Apply UX/CRO improvements for higher conversion
Troubleshoot theme issues, app conflicts, and styling problems
Product, Collection & Catalog Management
Create, edit, and bulk-upload products via CSV
Manage variants, pricing, SEO fields, tags, and collections
Improve PDP and collection layouts for higher engagement
Maintain clean catalog structure and consistent formatting
Apps, Integrations & Store Enhancements
Install, configure, and optimize Shopify apps
Set up upsells, bundles, reviews, subscriptions, search filters
Connect Shopify to Klaviyo, ShipStation, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
Implement automation and workflow improvements using Shopify Flow
Performance, Analytics & CRO
Track and optimize:
conversion rate, AOV, add-to-cart %, checkout completion, returning customers
Manage speed optimization (apps, theme assets, image compression)
Implement A/B tests based on insights from heatmaps and analytics
Klaviyo
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows:
Welcome, Abandon Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, Sunset, Review
Build personalized segments using Shopify behavioral and purchase data
Create high-converting campaigns and promotional
Use dynamic product recommendations, conditional blocks, and predictive analytics
Maintain deliverability and list health through engagement and list cleaning strategies

Requirements
2+ years hands-on Shopify management experience (not just store building—full settings control)
Strong understanding of Shopify theme structure, CRO, and UX
Experienced Klaviyo user (flows, segmentation, campaigns, analytics)
Able to troubleshoot issues across themes, apps, and integrations
Strong English writing and communication
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
