Shopify Front End Developer (Liquid Expert) – Full Time
Remote | Philippines Residents Only | U.S. Pacific Time (PST)
Work Hours - 8AM to 5:30PM US Pacific Time
Compensation: Based on experience

We are a U.S.-based ecommerce company specializing in aftermarket car audio products and are looking for an experienced Shopify Front End Developer who is an expert in Shopify Liquid and passionate about building high-converting ecommerce stores.

This is more than a typical Front End Developer role. We're looking for someone who can combine strong Shopify development skills with ecommerce marketing knowledge to continuously improve our store, increase conversions, and help grow online sales.

We're looking for someone who proactively asks questions like:
How can we improve the shopping experience?
What Shopify feature are we not taking advantage of?
Which Shopify app can help increase average order value?
How can we increase conversion rates?
What marketing automation should we implement?
How can we improve customer retention?

Responsibilities
Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Build responsive, modern, conversion-focused user interfaces
Optimize store performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness
Research, recommend, and implement Shopify apps, tools, and integrations
Configure Shopify marketing features including discounts, bundles, upsells, email marketing, customer segmentation, and automations
Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to increase conversions and sales
Stay up to date with Shopify updates, new apps, and ecommerce best practices

Requirements
Expert in Shopify Liquid
Strong experience with Shopify theme development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Excellent UI/UX skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
Understanding of ecommerce marketing and conversion optimization
Ability to research and implement new Shopify tools independently
Excellent English communication skills
Must be located in the Philippines
Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours

Bonus Skills
Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, AI tools, or automotive ecommerce is a plus.
