We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant who is hands-on, quick to learn, and fully capable of navigating the Shopify platform with confidence. This person will support our Ecommerce Brand Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and fast communication.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Platform Management
Navigate Shopify confidently and efficiently.
Create, update, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, variants, collections).
Set up and test discounts, promotions, automatic and manual codes.
Make necessary changes to pages, menus, and store settings when requested.
Perform quality checks on the storefront to ensure accuracy and user experience.
KPI Tracking & Performance Reporting
Track key performance indicators daily, including:
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
LTV (Lifetime Value)
CVR (Conversion Rate)
AOV, ROAS, Traffic, Revenue, Attribution metrics, etc.
Identify major KPI shifts and provide insights or possible causes.
Maintain KPI dashboards and update daily numbers accurately.
Understand how tracking pixels, attribution, and data sources work (Meta, Google, Shopify).
Communicate performance updates quickly and thoroughly when requested.
Marketing Support
General knowledge of at least 1 out of these 3 is required:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Klaviyo
Responsibilities include:
Pulling reports or exporting data when needed.
Basic campaign checks: spend levels, errors, tracking issues, sudden changes.
Coordinating with the marketing team when optimization is needed.
Assisting with audience building, UTM checks, and simple campaign updates.
General Ecommerce Support
Quick and reliable communication with the team.
Assist with operational tasks such as updating assets, organizing files, and supporting cross-department requests.
Document processes and keep SOPs updated.
Handle misc. tasks that ensure the ecommerce engine runs smoothly (inventory notes, customer trend observations, competitor checks, etc.).
Requirements
Expert-level Shopify navigation skills (non-negotiable).
Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers.
Experience working with ecommerce KPIs and dashboards.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution.
Fast communication, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under the Ecommerce Brand Manager and follow structured workflows.
Experience in ecommerce brands or DTC is a strong plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Shopify apps.
Understanding of Meta Pixel and Google Tag setup.
Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar (optional but beneficial).
Past experience supporting a marketing or ecommerce manager.
