JOB OVERVIEW

We are launching a premium high-ticket eCommerce platform specializing in home recovery systems (infrared saunas and cold plunge systems). We are seeking 4 experienced VAs who has worked on high-ticket products with AOV above $5,000 USD. The positions we are hiring for are:
1. Shopify Developer,
2. Product Researcher,
3. Customer Service & Ops Manager
4. Google Ads Media Buyer

1.Shopify Developer (High-Ticket eCommerce)

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer who has worked on high-ticket products with AOV above $1,000 USD.
Requirements:
• Proven Shopify development experience
• Must have worked on high-ticket products ($1,000+ AOV)
• Experience with freight shipping configuration
• Strong PDP optimization for conversion
• Familiar with financing integrations (Affirm, Shop Pay)
• Experience with Google Merchant Center
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to optimize page speed
Initial Commitment:
20–30 hours/week for first 4 weeks
Then 5–10 hours/week ongoing
Hourly Range:
$5–8/hr based on experience

2 — Supplier Research & Outreach VA

We need a VA with experience sourcing and contacting high-ticket suppliers.
Requirements:
• Experience working with high-ticket eCommerce brands ($1k+ AOV)
• Experience in B2B outreach
• Comfortable calling U.S. suppliers
• Strong spreadsheet organization
• Able to track outreach and follow-ups
• Understands wholesale margins and MAP policy
Initial Commitment:
20 hours/week first 3 weeks
Then 5–10 hours/week ongoing
Hourly Range:
$4–6/hr

3 — Customer Service & Freight Operations VA

We need a professional Customer Service VA who understands freight coordination and high-value customer handling.
Requirements:
• Experience handling high-ticket eCommerce orders
• Experience coordinating freight delivery
• Professional written English
• Experience handling warranty claims
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Initial Commitment:
10–15 hours/week
Growing to 20+ hours/week
Hourly Range:
$3–5/hr

4 — Google Ads Media Buyer (High-Ticket Experience Required)

We are launching a high-ticket eCommerce platform and require a Google Ads specialist experienced with products over $5,000 USD.
Requirements:
• Experience managing Google Shopping for high-ticket items
• Understand break-even ROAS for high-margin products
• Merchant Center experience
• Experience with retargeting
• Must show examples of results
Initial Commitment:
10–15 hours/week
Hourly Range:
$8–15/hr
