JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Assistant with 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience to support daily operations, performance tracking, and marketplace compliance across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in managing ecommerce workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Track, analyze, and log weekly SEO rankings across Amazon, Etsy, and Google
• Manage and monitor order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery on Shopify and Etsy
• Maintain and optimize Google Merchant Center, ensuring all product data is current, compliant, and error-free
• Customer service

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of ecommerce experience
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Google Merchant Center
• Experience with SEO ranking tools and performance tracking
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines
