JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity: We're seeking a dedicated Shopify E-commerce / Klaviyo Email Manager to take full ownership of our growing CPG nutritional supplement brand's online operations. You'll be responsible for comprehensive e-commerce management, from daily merchandising and seasonal launches to customer service and digital marketing automation. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to run the entire e-commerce side of the business with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Location: Remote

Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Shopify Expert/Specialist

Your Goal: Take complete ownership of our e-commerce operations by managing daily merchandising, coordinating seasonal product launches, optimizing email marketing flows, and providing excellent customer service—all while driving growth and profitability for our CPG brand.

You're a Shopify Platform Expert:
- You manage comprehensive e-commerce operations on Shopify with confidence
- You handle daily merchandising, product uploads, and theme updates efficiently
- You coordinate seasonal launches and maintain organized product catalogs
- You troubleshoot platform issues and optimize store performance independently

You're a Digital Marketing Professional:
- You set up and manage email marketing flows using platforms like Klaviyo
- You create abandoned cart sequences and automated customer journeys
- You track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
- You support broader digital marketing initiatives with strategic thinking

You're a Customer-Focused Communicator:
- You handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- You resolve issues quickly while maintaining detailed documentation
